Signature Move Series -Troy Letters: The Crab Ride

This is a truly great video to use learn the crab ride. Troy Letters does a great job breaking down each move into its own critical portions with helpful tricks to add a little extra leverage in each one. I've watched other crab ride videos but this one sets the standard for all the rest in my library. The crab ride will get you in serious trouble if you don't know what you're doing or if you haven't taken the time to practice and get good at it. If you study this video and take the time to practice the techniques and get good at each of them then the crab ride will spell serious trouble for even your toughest opponents. I think this video comes with a special unannounced bonus. If you get this video and watch it you will learn the crab ride. If you get this video and practice it you will learn what it's like to be feared by your opponents.

My son is a leg rider. Sometimes he ends in the crab position and has difficulty scoring. Letters demonstrates moves that will definitely fix that problem. He covers tilts, turns and pins very completely. This will allow your wrestlers to pick up the concepts quickly and score consistently. Very well paced and sharply edited, this DVD is no-nonsense and can be "digested" in the 1st viewing.

I liked this DVD. It didn't cover a wide variety of different techniques, but the stuff it did cover was spot on. I really liked the set ups to the crab ride. That helped me a lot. It's a DVD worth adding to your library for sure.

Of all the riding and pinning technique dvds i have bought, this is my favorite. If you are a crab rider or even a leg rider this is for you. there is some repitition but it helps to emphasize the most important points. I havent found any crab riding technique as good as this.

As a wrestler and now as a coach, I tended not to opt for the crab ride. But Troy Letters' explanation is so straightforward and easy to understand that now I am demonstrating his series to my athletes. With each technique, turn, and adjustment he demonstrates, you begin to see how devastating an offensive series this could be in terms of points scored and pins.

Troy Letters did a very good job of explaining how he uses the crab ride. His description was thourough and he covered the move from beginning to end. It was apparent that the stuff he showed is the stuff he uses. He has personalized a nice series and you could teach everything he showed.

Good production quality (like all Championship products). Solid explanation of this technique that you won't find anywhere else. My only complaint is that there was a bit of repetition.
