The low single is one of my favorite leg attacks, and other than the first "How Low Can You Go" by John Smith (which is no longer for sale), this serves as an excellent introduction to the low single leg. Pat breaksdown how to level change properly during the low single and key positional details like head and elbow placement to prevent your opponent from sprawling.

Despite it being filmed at a wrestling clinic I never felt Pat just was being lackadaisical with his explanations of the technique. Well worth the investment for myself as it is the best instructional there is at the moment on the fundamentals of the low single.

Excellent Dvd on the low single, covers every aspect and has good tips I highly recommend this dvd it compliments John Smith's scrambling dvd very well.
