Coach Manning focuses on three areas that will make your wrestlers better on their feet in this informative demonstration clinic presentation. The first area Manning covers is "How to Shoot." Here he covers proper foot position, penetration, level change and fast hands. From there, he shows another critical area - "Getting Through Your Opponent's Arms." This section includes an in-depth look at clearing the Collar Tie. The final area of effective takedowns is "Moving the Opponent's Head," which allows you to get to your opponent's back leg (his weakest).
