Mark Cody believes all successful wrestlers have great defense, can get out of the bottom position in 30 seconds or less, have a "go-to" takedown they can always rely on to score, and be able to ride on top for a minute or more. Cody has compiled a tape with more than 10 combative drills to help your wrestlers become proficient in these four areas. Recovery drills, situational drills, basic technique drills and conditioning drills are featured in this tape.
