  • Chain Drill from Top Position - Chain together two or three pinning combinations and tilts to score big points on your opponent like NCAA champion Anthony Robles.
  • Hand Fight Game - Develop tough hand fighting skills to improve your takedown setups in a challenging and enjoyable manner. This doubles as a great conditioning drill, too.
  • Repetition Drills from the Neutral Position - Use two or three well-practiced takedown options from any given situation to attack both sides of an opponent.
  • Tie-up Drills - Work the underhook, 2-on-1, baseball bat wrist control, loose ties and more for easy finishes on your takedowns.
  • Exercising the Core - Use straight-leg sit-ups, crunches, v-ups, and planks to strengthen the most important muscle group in wrestling.

Coach Chertow also demonstrates games that you can incorporate into your practice plans. These games are designed to teach your wrestlers essential techniques in a fun way.
