In this excellent presentation from the Dan Gable "On-the-Mat" Demonstration Wrestling Clinic, wrestling icon Dan Gable demonstrates a wide variety of simple, yet devastating, pinning holds that wrestlers at any level - in any weight class - can utilize. Gable begins with a demonstration on how to break an opponent down. From there he covers more than 10 different situations your wrestlers may find themselves in, and how to execute a fall from those situations. Techniques covered include Turks, cross wrist series, power halves and more. He closes with the drills to help reinforce these useful techniques. This is an excellent video that will have your wrestlers securing more falls!

This is without a doubt the best dvd for the money I have ordered from Championship Productions. He shows a huge amount of moves and you will have to watch this dvd many times to get everything covered. My biggest complaint with wrestling dvd's is not enough info for the money but this one is FANTASTIC!!!! All kinds of good stuff taught from the master of the top position!!!! Buy this dvd to improve your top game!!!

Wow! Great video! Coach Gable shows MANY moves throughout the video. Shows both a technical side and the mental side if the technique. The reason that this dvd is so good is because he shows how if one move fails you can go back to one of the previous moves that he has shown. Highly recomend!
