He focuses on the snapdown and demonstrates how to hit the snapdown to the front headlock from the 2-on-1, collar tie, underhook, fakes and double inside tie. He shows a number of takedowns from the short offense series, including the single leg, double leg and ankle pick. He closes with a section on pinning, demonstrating how to earn the fall from the front headlock, as well as cradle technique.
