with Kevin Dresser,
Virginia Tech Head Coach;
former Christiansburg (VA) High School Head Coach,
5X Virginia Group AA State Champions;
2X All-American wrestler at the University of Iowa, 1986 NCAA Champion

For the first time ever Kevin Dresser presents the secrets to his legendary Dresser Dump - a move that helped him capture a national championship under Coach Dan Gable at the University of Iowa.

Coach Dresser goes step-by-step through the proper technique to successfully take your opponent to his back with the Dresser Dump.

He begins from the front headlock position and shows two ways to get into the dump position. From there he teaches the do's and don'ts to making the Dresser Dump work. He includes demonstration on hitting the move from the optional start position, from a knee tap, and from your feet. To give you a better idea on how the move should be taught, Dresser goes into live drilling mode to show you how to drill the technique in practice.

Coach Dresser calls this move a finesse move, meaning you don't need a lot of strength to make it work making it is an excellent technique for any wrestler at any level.
