The snatch single has always been a favorite of Chris Bono's; he perfected the move in college, which helped him to over 100 career victories, two conference championships and an NCAA title! Coach Bono still teaches the move and has even developed more variations of it through his international career. The snatch single is an effective move for quick wrestlers, as well as those who do not like to go to their knees. Bono does an excellent job dissecting the move, concentrating on 10 different set-ups to secure the opponent's leg. Set-ups include the collar tie, push/pull, underhook, short arm drag and more. He also includes a number of finishes, including variations for freestyle, to get the opponent to the mat. This is a safe move that is hard to stop!

38 minutes. 2007.

I liked this DVD a lot. He shows some nice attacks that work great for wrestling or my line of work, MMA. It's worth a look for sure!

Good dvd, not great. Strobel's high percentage offense covers more hand fighting, tie-ups to high singles. Bono does have some set ups that others don't use.
