Great DVD for kids up through and including Jr High. Not only does Strobel teach the moves, but he teaches counters to the moves, as well. Combine this with a very nice and easy to remember set up / tie up series, and this DVD is well worth the money. Strobel is very clear in his teaching and kids respond well to his instruction. Highly recommended!

Lots covered here. Great for young wrestlers looking to improve their takedown techniques and hit more effective shots from well-thought out setups. My son absolutely loves the way Strobel explains things. Highly recommended.

This dvd covers the basic takedowns a young wrestler shoud know. His students are middle schoolers and this is about the difficulty level of the moves he teaches. These moves are definately applicable in for all ages and can benefit anyone who pays attention to his little pointers and overall approach to each situation. I will say that if you have wrestled more than 3 or 4 years, you probably want to look for another dvd that is more specific to what you struggle with because you probably know these moves pretty well.
