I wasn't terribly impressed with this video. I think most of the set ups are pretty simple, and a lot of them are basically variants on the previous one. It wasn't awful, but I think most wrestlers won't find anything too new on this DVD.

This video is great! I was pleasantly surprised at how much value and entertainment this DVD packed into one subject, especially as tightly focused subject like set ups for a single leg takedown. Jeff Swenson is an excellent coach who makes some complicated mechanics seem simple. I was impressed at how easily these set ups can flow from one to another so a wrestler can move quickly into each one. So far I have about 12 wrestling DVDs from Championship productions and this is certainly one of my favorites.
