Been coaching since mid 80's and ran the so called Triangle Offense since 90's, when appropriate players are available. This was before rally scoring and libero days. The title seems to suggest that it is more offense oriented system. I used the system to strengthen my defense scheme. May be someday I'll write a book to go beyond what has been introduced by Jeff.

I was disappointed with this. It was difficult to follow the speaker and he seemed a bit disorganized at times. It would have been helpful if he had used a white board to illustrate at times. Also, his "players" used for demonstrating various rotations left a lot to be desired. It would have been very helpful if he had used real players instead of over the hill out if shape coaches who struggled to execute. Also, if he had used players, he should have color coordinated their uniforms with positions to make it easier to follow he explanation. I returned this product.
