The innovative techniques taught on this DVD will clearly prove helpful for coaches looking to "clean up" their players' footwork when attacking. However, the insights provided by coach Lamb in breaking down how to approach a ball when preparing to attack also makes this a very clear and easy to understand way of teaching the footwork progression to players who are just learning to hit.

I received this video as a gift! It has been a tremendous help. I coach Division III and some of the young women we get at our program are great athletes but not always well trained. It has been able to correct many of their approaches and really improved vertical and armswing (even though not adressed in video). I have also used this teaching approach with youth that were struggling with the three or four step normal approach technique, especially had great success with athletes that have dyslexia. Great video for all levels of volleyball.
