The players in the video are struggling a bit to execute the drills as explained. Probably a good thing in real life but not so good for presentation.
What's cool about the video is that although I have seen hundreds of drills this DVD still has some new variations and some original stuff I will try out.
I would buy Mega Drills for Volleyball by Geoff Carlston before this one.
