Coach Rose starts this tape with three-, four- and five-person serve reception patterns, followed by the four-two pattern. He emphasizes the flexibility these offensive systems provide to your hitters. Rose takes you through the entire rotation demonstrating how each front row hitter can hit from any of the three front row positions. He demonstrates the ability to hit a variety of plays incorporating back row and front row hitters, with the setter coming from various areas of the court. He also shows spiker coverage drills, offensive team drills, and transition drills that can help fine tune your system of play. Finally, Rose illustrates setting without your setter, proving that your setter can pass without disrupting your offensive system.
