Dunning first discusses important offensive factors, the setter's role, and the key elements of a skilled setter. On the court, Dunning begins with a series of ball control and setting drills players can practice on their own and with a partner. Next, he gives an in-depth look at fundamental setting technique and a drill progression designed to work on each aspect of setting. For more advanced setters, Dunning demonstrates and drills a series of jump sets, tilt sets, one hand sets, and various dumps giving your setter a complete set of tools for running your team.
