Using live demonstration at the 2011 AVCA Convention, Ping Cao presents the fundamentals of warm up, setting, passing, and both serve-receive and defensive positioning. I respect the level of this instructor and his individual knowledge, but when I purchased the video I expected small group training, not instruction on how to do basics.
