I thought the DVD was excellent. You really can use some of these drills for any level even college. The drills are excellent for refining skills. I thought that Tim did an excellent job of putting everything together. All the skills/drills are broken down nicely. I would highly recommend this DVD!

The drills were impractical for large groups and very basic. I would not waste your money on this video also the explaination of the drills was not very fluid.

decent instruction, but definetely not much earth shattering. Players appear to be much older than what video is sold for, so they are able to do skills much easier. Many of drills are simple time killers, and not adding much to a basic coaches existing knowledge.

Well done and to the point. Good drills with an insight into training methods used in another country for a shared sport. I hope to purchase more DVD's with more advanced drills for older players.
