This is a terrific entry from Coach Kordes that introduces the basics of individual defense. Worthy of repeated viewings with good coverage of the basics within her school of passing thought and several good subtle clarifications for more advanced viewers. Run throughs and floor moves are covered along how to deal with tight net shots and quicker pace balls. A good solid disc that covers the fundamentals well.
