Good amount of drills to choose from to use in your gym. Uses a variety of progression drills, coach on 6 for teams with less than 12 players and a variety of 6 v 6 drills. Overall a DVD worth purchasing if you are in need of drills. Most drills are pretty well known so not a lot of new stuff for more experienced coaches.
