This tape covers six areas of attacking and drills to better your athletes in each areas. The six areas include: Hitting techniques, free ball transition attack, side out attack, block transition attack, dig transition attack, and overpass attack. Each set of drills progresses from simple to complex incorporating individual movement patterns and ultimately full-blown team drills.
