John Dunning's goal in making this video is to pass on some of the best approaches he has learned while coaching volleyball players at every level of the game; it can be useful for players and coaches at any level looking for a fresh approach to the game. Coach Dunning begins with demonstrations of activities and drills a player can practice alone, and then adds a number of drills that a player can do with one partner. Finally, he stresses how he teaches skills with health and injury prevention in mind (example: correct attacking posture, etc.).
