Watching these practices will allow you study Rose's daily practice structure, cue words, philosophy and glean numerous drills to implement into your program.

Day 1 Practice

This practice centers around getting the new players acclimated to the program and allows the returnees to acclimate to their new teammates. The practice also serves as a "heads up" into the workload that the players will be asked to take on throughout the season. Using a mix of instruction, drills, conditioning and competition, Rose allows his athletes to compete versus overloading them with technical instruction.

I have the All-Access DVDs from PSU, Florida, Illinois and Nebraska and surprisingly I would rate this at the bottom. A large portion of the videos is Russ giving his theories behind what he does and how he runs the program, which is great, however I feel the videos lack in some other areas. For a 5-disc video series it falls a bit short compared to the others.

This series is better for advanced coaches in better programs.
If you want to watch really good players run simple drills, then this is for you. Frankly, this approach would bore my club kids to death and watching them stand in lines that are 8 players deep makes me crazy.
It's pretty easy to coach the best players in the country - you just chip balls and watch them go. This is NOT a series for player development!
