This is another solid Bond Shymansky tape loaded with lots of detail related to proper mechanics for play at a high level. Bond gives a key word for focus for most skills and usually supplies several layers of detail. A good example is where he talks about elbow drive on digs versus breaking your platform and bringing your hands up. An excellent skill tape that will be useful to all levels of coaches. One proviso - you should know he teaches non-linear passing in case you are from the more traditional school of passing.
