This DVD was extremely helpful for me as a new coach. I was able to gain various drills that I will be using throughout my off-season as well as try-out stages of volleyball. My daughter is a Division I volleyball player and she watched this video with me and she said "this is great, use this and your teams will always be ready". I truly thank Coach Davidson for helping coaches like myself gain the knowledge that was lacking from my coaching education.
This is probably one of the best DVDs Championship Productions has to offer. In fact if you gave me the opportunity to work with Cameron Davidson or Russ Rose I would pick the former over the latter.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach I can attest to this guy's genius in giving us all of these drills and key coaching points when teaching his players to jump higher, sprint faster, and hit harder. The girls on the DVD make it look easy, and you have to be careful not to overdo it when you look at it, because you're going to say to yourself: "Let do all of this!"
He goes through proper protocols, turns conditioning drills into games, and provides positive corrective feedback to all of his players. It's no wonder why Penn State won three National Championships in a row, when you have coach Davidson sitting in your DVD player, you'll start building good players into great players.

Good video! Information is clearly presented and demo'd. The variety of exercises, agility and strength, is excellent. Obviously Cam's program works. Highly recommend!
