36 minutes. 2011.
There are not many videos out there on 400M and this was a really thorough and well done presentation!
that videa was bad!! i was not impressed at all..if i could get my money back I will!!!! 36 min, 18 min cover track....that dvd a joke and the dvd description is tricking people
let review why
The Stretch:basic statics stretches....:(
Ballistic Warm-Up: hurdle jump, where the tip for good arm movement...not impress
Stride, Rhythm and Positioning Drills: that was one of the only descent part
Breaking Down the 400: oh that was bad...dont get too excited by the preview...he break the stark kind of...then maybe 150...he doesnt break down anything after than.... he doesnt talk how to run the last 100m; the last curve
to be honet, thats upset me.... he doesnt break down the 8 50metres in the videos!!!! he only the 3 first one kind of.
Weight Training: half video about weight.....yes weight help but since when 400m is half made in the gym.they should add tempo
few interesting exercises though....for $10 you are better spend the money in speed development by clyde hart...i wish i did it.
Leshawn is a great athete....but come on...even as an instructional video...that is BS...that is not his train...static stretching at the beginning of the session...half breakdown 400....that video is a joke...i bought 3 other video in that site which are more technical of that one. conclusion: do not spend your money on that!!
