This is a very informative, knowledgeable, straight to the point and helpful DVD. I would strongly recommend this DVD to anyone who is looking for ideas on how to develop a good training program for a triple jumper. This is a must buy DVD.
Very enjoyable watch as well as informative. Explained very well without being so technical that it becomes too hard too digest. I heartily recommend this to anyone looking for a DVD on the triple jump.

Great demonstration in this video and freeze frames to properly visualize the technique with the legs and arms. Takes you into all the phases of the triple and breaks them down. I have learned that some of the older videos are better with technique and drills than some of the newer videos. I have been coaching for 10 years and this is a video I continue to refer back to for my athletes.
This video is very well done. It is a bit old but better than nearly any other TJ video.
