It will break down many drills for each phase of the TJ. They use slight variations with boxes to break the monotony of the same drills. A lot of the drills are more advanced. I use these with my athletes who can bound well. Two of my female athlete have been TJ for two years and they are 38 foot jumpers. I have gotten everything I want out of this video and more.
