If you have no idea about throwing events but would like to be proficient in explaining drills and technique, then this is the DVD for you. Larry Judge does an awesome job of explaining the approach and technique of the discus throw. He demonstrates a plethora of drills that actually are specific to the event. These drills work up to the progression of a full and complete throw. I have ordered many videos but this is by far the best one of seen. Way to go Larry! If only there were more like you and your brother Mike. Mike is a superb speaker as well. I would recommend all of Larry's videos and DVD's to any one.
