To develop championship throwers the coach must understand how to set up a conditioning program specifically for the thrower. Improvements in the levels of strength and conditioning lead to technical improvements and that means extra distance on the throws. The days of men and women athletes in various events doing the same conditioning program are long past. This video explains and shows the proper sequence of warm-up exercises. Includes movement skills, medicine ball exercises, body weight circuits, multi-throws exercises, and release movements. Excellent demonstrations and workout sequences included. A must for both the serious coach and athlete.
