Two successful NCAA coaches collaborate with Australia's Tony Benson to develop a practical approach to the "Run with the Best" training system. This system provides coaches with a program that enables the development of athletes to their full potential. The focal point of the program is the need for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual balance. Each of these coaches utilize the "Run with the Best" training system which incorporates three main principles: coach and athlete setting goals together, establishing appropriate training volumes and progressively more aggressive workloads throughout the athlete's career.
