Pole Vault Drills

This tape features drills for the eight phases of the pole vault and uses younger athletes and world-class vaulters to demonstrate the techniques. Coaching points, common problems and corrections are all very valuable for the coach and athlete. Includes drills for the pole grip and carry, approach, plant, take off, follow-through, swing up, invert through the release and clearance.
