This is a great video. It shows various drills to help an intermediate and advanced long jumper. I would start with the basics and work up to this. The drills are good for a hanger, half hitch/half hang or hitch kicker. It also goes over drills for arm position. I have found this to be one of my favorite long jump videos. These drills will make your athlete a better jumper.
