Lots and lots of drills to give your athletes. The video demonstrates the drills, some using two athletes. It shows the variations for athletes that may not be able to 3 step or jump over the legal height. it works drills to get your athletes to 3 step and hurdle at higher heights. Older video but great progression drills as well as drills for more advanced athletes.
