If you have no idea how to design a workout for throwers, Larry Judge shows you what strength and power exercises you can incorporate. He explains core exercises and plyometrics that even a thrower needs. If the athlete is a beginner, Judge goes through alternate exercises an athlete can do for progression. You won't be sorry.
