Coach Judge explains the proper fundamentals in performing the exercises. This is an excellent "how to" video for the coach and athlete and contains many training tips and demonstrations.

If you have no idea how to design a workout for throwers, Larry Judge shows you what strength and power exercises you can incorporate. He explains core exercises and plyometrics that even a thrower needs. If the athlete is a beginner, Judge goes through alternate exercises an athlete can do for progression. You won't be sorry.
