In this essential javelin throw DVD, throws expert Scott Cappos begins with a technical overview of the traditional javelin techniques: the wrap and linear techniques. In addition, he shares his preferred throwing style that is characterized by a sprint approach. Also included is video footage review of the five phases of the throw. Next, Cappos sequentially shares eight of the most common errors along with correction suggestions that cover all phases of the throw. Cappos also includes nine run/approach drills, six throw drills, and over twelve different med ball drills that are movement specific to the javelin throw.
