He explains and demonstrates his snatch system of exchange and the peek-a-boo exchange. He offers drills to teach athletes how to react and handle the baton while at top speed. This DVD is amazing! In the DVD, Coach Hart explains his philosophy on relays and gives some good history on how he developed his preferred method for each relay. Coach Hart doesn''t try to defer you from the way you are probably doing relays, but does explain the key areas that essential to all relays no matter what the method being used to make them great. Coach Hart shows very detailed live demonstrations of each relay. I simply have fallen in love with this DVD.
