The provided videos provide insight in the training program circulated on the Internet for years. The videos provide demostration of the list drills used to developed sprinters using and long to short approach.
The videos provide an alternative to coaches who can't travel to hear the thoughts and philosophies utilized at Baylor University.
A lot of very useful information. Although Hart wouldn't admit it, I think his approach is more for the longer sprinter, 800 type. Nevertheless, I'm going to use his longer endurance workouts for my athletes.
A bit pricey but well worth the money. About 3 hours of advice and sample workouts from a coaching legend.
