If you are looking for a DVD that teaches you the proper progress of training a triple jumper, then this DVD is for you. All you need to do is watch the DVD and follow the instructions given and your athlete will show drastic improvement.

I wasn't impressed with the video. Wished it went more in depth. Felt like I just got basic information about the triple jump. Might be good for a beginning jumper.
