Using former Florida All-American Greg Reeves to demonstrate, Coach Troy shares his expertise on transition training along with transition drills sharing specific stroke transition drills for each IM transition. Along with an explanation of scheduling transition work into training, Troy offers detailed explanation as Reeves demonstrates the techniques Coach Troy uses with his Florida swimmers for IM transition.
