Good comparisons were given between sprint and longer distance swim. Many tips were given for freestyle improvement.
Sometimes comparisons given by Ian and video shots seemed need more synchronization as I felt confused sometimes.
It would have been even greater if more timely video shots were given in different angles like Frank Busch or Matt Kreditch videos. Also I would like to have more systematic approach and more reasons were given as to why certain ways of swimming is effective.
