Marsh's butterfly instruction moves in sequence from body positioning, to the kick, the pull, the recovery and timing of the full stroke. Marsh first focuses upon establishing a feel for the flat body positioning with drills that focus upon undulating from the chest and core. He then shares drills and tips for a quick and efficient kick before moving into pull and recovery drills. Marsh finishes with timing drills that will help teach you to establish a low-profile flowing butterfly with the goal of going faster more efficiently.
