Ratings & Reviews Fast Lane Backstroke on January 20, 2013 Currently 4/5 Stars.4/5 Stars 4 by coachdownunder This dvd like the freestyle dvd at times seems a little bit repetitive. At least in this dvd Frank Busch admits that you may find it repetitive as they like to keep the complexity out of their instruction as coaches. I would have liked if there had been a bit more instruction on the underwater dolphin kick as this is a major component of fast backstroke. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
