Ratings & Reviews Coaching the Developing Freestyler on February 29, 2012 Currently 4/5 Stars.4/5 Stars 4 by Anonymous This video gives plenty of drills and explanation of how to do them in very effective ways. The instruction and drills on turning was particularly useful for me(I have a running background and started to swim 5yrs ago for triathlon). Even this is geared to young kids, because of my swim level(barely 1"20/100m) it is still very useful. I had experiences with some direct instruction from non-high calibre race coach or swim instruction videos of non-university race level, but I wasn't clearly understanding how important swim elements relate to each other- hence slow results. I purchased this video with Fast Lane & Technical Freestyle. This combination of videos really made me clearly understand what I need to be doing to get faster. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
