Very good instruction. Richard Quick take on swimming is one of the top information out there. Using Posture line and balance or swimming from the inside out as he names it, his from my point of view the key of fast swimming. He supports his swimming techniques with a scientific approach and the illustrations of Milt nelms are truly unique. This is by far an instruction collection that stands appart from other great coaches!

A good DVD which teaches the fundamentals of breaststroke, the only problem with this DVD is that being 10 years old there have been some rule changes to breastroke in that time.

Excellent video.It help me to solve my question for years in breststroke swimming especial in mention it is a rhythm stroke,the use of lung and hip,keep forward ,not up and down....It is the best video I ever seen which give a clear concept n useing the whole body. I strongly recommend this video.
