this video is absolutely fantastic and I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
every coach should have this. every diver should view this, multiple times. I doubt that beginner lesson kids would get much out of it, but anyone that has decided to get into the sport, or is already involved in the sport could benefit greatly if they even partially apply the information presented in this disc.
I've watched it 3 times since I got it a couple of weeks ago. i'll continue to rewatch it until I have it essentially memorized and can get these ideas across to my divers. it will become mandatory viewing for every club and high school diver that I work with and we'll all be better because of it.
I thank mr. Huber for his time and effort in getting this video produced. it is an incredible asset and watching it will be the best hour you've ever spent.
