Does a good clear job of talking about basic mechanics. I really wish it had included more on how to improve accuracy which seems like a very important thing to address when you are starting out to teach someone how to pitch. Overall, I was very satisfied with the video and felt it was a worthy purchase.
Very good dvd takes you step by step on how to teach good mechanics to your pitchers both young and old. Great drills everything you need to make great pitchers.
