I have the other defensive videos and they are all organized well and I think top notch... this video, while having some nice ideas and drills - wasn't organized as well as it could have been. I was honestly dissappointed. That being said - it's still pretty good. If your looking for mechanics, this is not the one to get - Pat Murphy's (Alabama) video's do a much better job of showing how drills match up with reinforcing hitting philosophy and mechanics.
