In this on-field DVD, Virginia Tech pitching coach Barb Sherwood breaks down the game's most popular pitches - the drop ball, the curve ball, the screw ball, and the rise ball. Sherwood uses four- and five-step drill progressions to build each of these movement pitches. Each progression begins close to the plate with basic wrist snap and advances to the full throw with an emphasis on body position and weight transfer. The video did a decent job of showing the different pitches but not breaking them down by pitch how to hold the ball, footwork, weight shit on different pitches, and a lot more drills. The video needs to show slo-mo of the arm & body movement. Disappointing.

Very disappointed. The camera angles were not good, couldn't see pitcher/catcher, couldn't see ball movement, pitcher seemed to not be able to execute drills, speaker was nervous and did not deliver quality instruction. sadly, wish I could get my money back on this one. I order a lot of videos and this is my first bad review.
