This video does an excellent job demonstrating technique and how to use progressive drills to teach the skill properly. This is done by Linda's former player / 5th year assistant who set Arizona State batting records and made her career as a lefty slapper.
Linda does a nice job of explaining technique. They clearly discuss and demonstrate not only how to slap hit but how you can be a "triple threat". In addition they touch on reading the defense to help the hitter decide what swing to use.
They do a good job of covering the different aspects of bat selection for the lefty slapper. Why you would want to use a barrel bat vs. end loaded bat.
One video feature that's really helpful is the freeze frames next to the live motion as they demonstrate the slap hitting footwork. This really helps illustrate proper form and position.
It's a shorter video but effective.
